Tom Frood

General Manager

Tom Frood is a chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager with 30 years’ experience developing, constructing and managing major infrastructure projects. Tom’s background includes experience with asset owners and developers, contractors, consultants and equipment manufacturers. Tom has led a wide range of engineering projects in industries such ports and harbours, thermal power and telecoms before joining the renewable energy industry. He has been working in renewable energy since 2009, heading up projects such as Gullen Range Wind and Solar farms and White Rock Wind and Solar Farms.

Nicola Bickley

Company Secretary

Nicola Bickley is Company Secretary of the BEI Group companies and has over 12 years’ experience in company secretariat and governance roles. Prior to joining BEI her industry experience included the mining and service industries. She is a Chartered Company Secretary in the UK and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), having completed the Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance in the UK and the equivalent from the GIA here in Australia. Ms Bickley has a Sociology & Criminology Degree BA (Hons).

PAUL FRY

MANAGER MAJOR PROJECTS

Paul is BEI’s Project Manager for Warradarge Wind Farm Stage 2 Expansion Project. Paul is an experienced values based professional, leader and non-executive director with 28 years’ broad experience and diverse skills comprising technology and security consulting, engineering and project management within oil & gas, mining, rail, transport, ports, renewable energy, aged care and mental health sectors. Paul is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA (FAIM). Paul also has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), Diploma of Project Management and a Diploma of Technology (Electronic Engineering).

BRETT MANNING

Company Secretary

Brett Manning is also a Company Secretary of the BEI Group companies and a corporate professional with 25 years’ experience in management and company secretariat roles. His industry experience includes mineral exploration, mining projects and renewable energy energy projects. He has an Associate Degree in Engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
